We loved the friendly staff and the timely airport pick-up. The restaurant offered a variety of delicious options, and our kids enjoyed the spacious twin room with double beds, quite rare in this price range. An enjoyable family stay.

In my wife's opinion, the hot water pressure could be improved. It took too long for the kids to take showers after our day out.

We met extremely helpful and very amiable employees.

The staff were unbelievably cute, especially given our late arrival! The room was fab but we did have trouble with the hot water 😕 a solid experience!

Everything was simply really good. Safe hotel, the staff were absolutely especially helpful and responsive. It had upscale and peaceful location very close to Stade Amahoro Stadium. There were shopping malls and a local market around the venue. The very efficient service and the attention to detail!

It is modern place to stay, the food is good, and location is magnificent in the lovely restaurant with affordable food.

The Five to Five Hotel had a cozy room with a good view. I appreciated the well-furnished space, especially the comfortable chair and large desk which catered perfectly to a business traveler. Air conditioning worked effectively, keeping the room cool. I loved watching the sunset across the valley every evening. Staff members were friendly and warm, especially during check-in. The dining area impressed me with a variety of delicious food options available 24/7. I enjoyed the breakfast, always fresh and tasty. The location was convenient for accessing the airport and the grounds felt secure. I encountered an issue with the shower during my second stay. The hot water didn't work properly even after reporting it. I had to wait a long time before someone came to check, which interrupted our rest. It would have been better if they had offered to move us to another room when the issue couldn't be resolved quickly. This inconsistency left a bit of disappointment from an otherwise great experience.

Five To Five Hotel had excellent staff. Damour and Thomas were especially cute at the desk. The free ride to the airport and complimentary water in the room were great touches. The food was delicious and offered many options to choose from.

The facilities seemed a bit worn down.
